Caribbean Premier League action returned to the Providence Stadium on September 21 where the home team Guyana Amazon Warriors (GAW) took on the Antigua and Barbuda Falcons.
The stadium was packed with enthusiastic GAW fans, who came out to cheer on the defending champions on their route to a second title.
GAW set Antigua and Barbuda 136 runs for victory after their 20 overs.
The debutants from Antigua and Barbuda were unable to break GAW’s defence on home soil losing by 27 runs.
Loop News was there to capture all the action and chat with a few energetic fans.
