Tasheca Bacchus, aged 26 and self-employed, was apprehended and formally accused by law enforcement on March 30, 2024. She faces nine charges of deception in Arnos Vale.
Following investigations, it was uncovered that Bacchus illicitly acquired a total sum of $1,580 from nine female individuals spanning across Park Hill to Union Island, with the clear intention of permanent deprivation.
These incidents primarily occurred between January 2024 and March 2024, with one exception on April 27, 2023.
Appearing before the Kingstown Magistrate Court on April 2, 2024, the defendant entered a plea of guilty to all charges.
The court ordered her remand for a period of two days and scheduled her sentencing for today, April 4th, 2024.
